Paul and I went to a great powerless cooking date event last weekend and the lady who ran it was super knowledgable. She created this helpful graphic from which to place where you are preparedness-level-wise. And then use that as a jump off point.

I know I have a long way to go, and this helps me fill in the gaps.

I hope to create a little more detailed plan from her graphic to also add to this blog later. But for now, this is a great place to start.
